How can I become a regular customer?
After just one room reservation made on our website, the Guest becomes a BRONZE Regular Guest.
Why is this good for me?
You will receive various discounts as you reach each level. You will also be the first to receive our exclusive offers and program opportunities in our email newsletter.
Do I have to pay any fees?
No, membership is free.
What are the conditions?
- The discounts of the frequent guest program are only available to our individual guests, if the reservation is made directly with the Hotel, through the booking system of our website. Please note that the reservation is always made to the same email address.
- The discounts of the Frequent Guest Program cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Discounts are valid until revoked.
What levels are there in the Program?
By joining our Szépia Premium Club loyalty program, we will first welcome you to the Bronze level (for 0-4 bookings), which will allow you to enjoy the following benefits:
- As a Bronze level regular guest, we treat you to a welcome drink upon arrival
- When booking, you can indicate individual preferences, such as requests for your chosen room or special meal information, so that when you next book, you only need to indicate the date and room type, and all other requests and comments will be automatically assigned to your booking.
- By moving up from a Bronze level regular guest, they can become Silver (over 5 bookings) and then Gold (over 10 bookings) level regular guests, which categories provide a 10% and 15% discount on the accommodation amount of their future bookings.
- Our returning guests will be the first to know about our discounted offers and promotions specifically for our regular guests.
